We’ve added a CAESSR category to our blog
You may have noticed a new category of blog – CAESSR. We announced a few ago that we are proud to be sponsors of Cocker and English Springer Spaniel Rescue. They do amazing work with a small group of volunteers and very tight funds. These have to cover kenneling, grooming, neutering and any medical bills.
Our Chewy came to them after he was seized from a farm where he had been kept in a shed for six years and had an untreated heart problem.
They not only rescue spaniels from awful circumstances but help to rehome dogs whose owners through no fault of their own have been forced to make the heartbreaking decision to give them up.
As part of our work with them in helping to provide photographs of their rescues we’ll be visiting them regularly over the coming months – and we hope years! Through these blog entries we though you’d like to share these visits and meet some of the wonderful doggy characters who are looking for their forever homes, just like our wonderful furry not so little guy here.
